Can't believe I am already in San Deigo, blogging and having a weekend adventure. That adventure began this morning when I realized that desipte having made 4 different trips to the airport this year for various reasons,had miscalculated my commute time. Luckily, people in line at the counter and in the security line were kind and allowed me to go around them. On the plane I was seated next to a young guy who had been in the military.
Before we took off one woman was reprimaned when she didn't put her cell phone away and we were told to leave our window cover open. Question, anyone know why? This was something I have not encountered before. By 8:30 am I landed in San Deigo.
People are very friendly here. When I got off the bus, I went straight away to the information counter. There I learned I could take the public transportation bus, the 992, into San Deigo for $2.50. I needed to do this as I am storing my luggage at Macy's while I explore the city. You heard me right. Macy's has a public storage area in San Deigo for people to use that is free. Its a locked up area. I am storing my luggage there till 5:00 PM tonight. Right now I am in Starbucks next to Macys blogging. Lucnch will be with my good friend, Rose. Time to stop blogging and start my adventure!
